I specialize in working with people struggling with childhood trauma, parenting, relationship issues, mood disorders, other traumas, and life transitions. My approach is active and direct with caring and and creative exploration. Together, we will focus our time and resources towards helping you move forward in a positive direction.
Counseling for adults and children (ages 11-13). I have been trained to work with children, in specialized ways that help them work through issues with school, life difficulties, and traumas. I have a small practice which allows me to give extra time and and attention to each client.
