Bridges Community Health is a growing therapy and prescribing collective serving Lane County, Eugene/Springfield and Cottage Grove. We provide therapy and medication management services. We are here to help you set and meet your goals. We provide individual, family, teen, play and couple's therapy. We currently have a wait list but work hard to be available to you and to set your initial appointment in a timely manner. We offer both in person and teletherapy sessions. We understand the stressors you are facing today and want to help you succeed in making positive and lasting change.
We have several therapists and strive to find the right fit for each client. We have clinicians who specialize in grief, trauma, individual enrichment, goal setting, family issues, LGBTQ, EMDR, parenting approaches, couples therapy, problem solving, identifying thinking errors, cognitive behavioral therapy, promoting insight and improving communication.
We understand it's not always easy to ask for help. We strive to connect with and schedule new clients in a very timely manner. We understand that reaching out means you are ready for change.
