I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction recovery, family-of-origin wounds, and identity transitions. My approach integrates attachment-based work, psychodynamic insight, CBT tools, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I also offer an 8-week Family of Origin Mapping Journey designed to increase emotional awareness, untangle inherited roles, and build more secure internal foundations.
