My ideal client is someone who wants change in their life but needs some guidance. Anyone who is chronically stressed, neurodivergent, or living with dysregulating trauma. Issues: anxiety spikes, shutdowns, blowups; stalls at school/work; anger; impulse; sleep, food, and sensory overload are off. Needs: validation and an outside-in plan, education, coaching, understanding with lived experience Goals: calmer days, smoother mornings/bedtimes, fewer blowups, steadier mood, better connection, improved relationships. They want practical help now and wins within weeks.
I help neurodivergent/trauma/stresses teens, adults, and parents lower daily chaos. My specialty is state-first care (Axora Method): we map sleep, fuel, movement, breath, and sensory load, then add simple CBT/DBT skills and PDA-aware choices. You leave early sessions with a clear plan and steps you choose. Understanding your unique wiring is the first step.
If you’ve tried therapy and felt blamed or “too much,” you’re not. Traditional care often misses how ND bodies work. I bring lived experience, clinical training, and research. We start with the basics and build small steps you can actually do. No shame. Just tools that fit your life. If this sounds right, reach out and let's take the first step together.

I help neurodivergent individuals, trauma, and anyone chronically stressed or dysregulated make daily life easier. We start by understanding your nervous system- sleep, fuel, movement, breathing, and triggers. From that baseline, we create a plan that fits your real life. Most folks see some relief in the first few weeks, then we keep what works and fade what doesn't.

I use an outside-in somatic approach with CBT/DBT skills. In our first session, we'll look at what brought you here and map a baseline—sleep, fuel, movement, breath, and triggers. Then we'll pick one small, practical change and build a clear plan. We calm the body first, then use simple thought and behavior tools so you can start that day. I tailor it to your unique profile-trauma, stress, ND.
