Welcome! My name is Brie Scott and I’m an LGBTQ+ Licensed Counselor in both Washington state and Idaho. My specialties include but are not limited to: Trauma, ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, LGBTQIA+ topics, as well as other mood disorders/diagnoses. I believe that creating a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment is the best way to create and sustain positive change. I integrate several different therapeutic approaches and individualize them to a client's specific needs. I utilize approaches such as Gestalt, parts work, DBT, and ACT in sessions.
From our first session, I work with you to create a calm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment for my clients. I will approach each session with an open and empathetic attitude. Through active listening and constructive challenging, I work to foster compassion for self and create a supportive environment for growth and connection.
