I help people who are used to juggling everything learn what they can set down and how to do it without feeling guilty. Some of my clients are moms, others are bosses (some are boss moms!). I work with athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs. A few things we all seem to have in common are stress, anxiety, and exhaustion.
If we all have a purpose on this planet, today mine is to help perfectionists and people pleasers find relief from the constant pressure to perform. Through talk therapy, I’ll ask you to take an active role in challenging your thoughts and behaviors. In return, I’ll give you the skills and insight you need to do so.
