Hello! My name is Brianne Lutterman and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 12 years of experience. I provide online, individual counseling to those whose ages are pre-teen to seniors. I seek to bring your attention to your beliefs and thoughts that contribute to unwanted behaviors and emotions. I will help challenge irrational or inaccurate thought processes that contribute to unwanted behaviors or emotions. I will help bring your thought process to the forefront of your mind in order to evaluate those thoughts and potentially challenge irrational/invalid/unhelpful thoughts.
My therapy is based on open and honest communication. I consider myself a straight-forward person. It is my belief that everyone needs a person in which they can divulge anything without judgment. I provide an environment in which this is possible. I feel that I am a compassionate and understanding person that will meet you where you are at.
