CBT, EMDR, and ACT assist me in helping teenagers and young adults to work through underlying and current issues. I also use these techniques to help them to process past experiences and trauma, including recent health diagnosis.
CBT, EMDR, Narrative therapy, and ACT help me work with teenagers and young adults experiencing anxiety and depression. I also utilize these techniques to assist these populations when they have had a traumatic experience, including a cancer or other health diagnosis.
