I am most passionate in helping individuals dealing with trauma, life transitions, college-aged students, LGBTQ challenges, Trichotillomania, women's issues, and pregnancy/postpartum. I can provide talk therapy or EMDR depending on what a client needs.

Counseling can provide a safe place for people to heal, grow, & feel empowered. I meet clients where they are in life & work collaboratively to meet their unique needs. Every client is different so I use an eclectic approach to pull from a variety of counseling modalities. This allows me to support each person holistically through a multicultural perspective
