Are you feeling stuck in life and often wishing things were different? Maybe even unsure how you got to this place but know it is time for something to change? Or you know exactly how you got here, but the thought of being able to make a change is too scary? I help people when they are stuck. Together we can get you to overcome past traumas, break toxic cycles, and be healthy. I want to help you gain the confidence and skills to achieve your goals for today and to be better prepared for hardships in the future. I truly believe that in collaboration we can achieve your hopes you want to see in your life.
I work with individuals, couples, and families. My experience is in PTSD/trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, and relationship/family issues. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor addressing the unique concerns that arise for first responders. I have primarily worked in private practice and a dual-diagnosis residential drug and alcohol rehab.
