I work with clients wanting to see changes in their lives but are unsure how to achieve that change. I have a diverse background from working in a community clinic, an inpatient drug and alcohol rehab center, and private practice. I've often worked with those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship issues, work-related problems, and unhealthy family patterns. Through therapy I have seen clients break cycles of trauma, become sober from their addiction, able to engage in healthy relationships, and manage their anxiety and depression. Together, we can make the change you want to see for yourself.
I work with adults, teens, couples, and families. I am also a Certified First Responder Counselor addressing the unique concerns and traumas that arise for first responders and medical professionals. Are you a new parent and struggling? You are welcome here, bring your baby too if it means having the help you need.
I know finding a therapist can be a process, and it is one that I like to try to make as simple as possible. Please call or email with any questions about therapy and getting started. If we are unable to work together I will work until we find the right therapist for you.
