I believe in creating a safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel free to explore your feelings, take risks, and engage in the hard work it takes to create lasting positive changes. I provide individual counseling to individuals of all ages, but specialize in working with women and young adults.
Taking the first step to create lasting changes can be a very difficult decision. It is an enormous privilege for me to witness the courage of each of my clients as they embark on their own journeys toward more connection, healing, and wholehearted living.
