For as long as I can remember, people have been my passion. I am drawn to learning what shapes their inner world, understanding the experiences that influenced their path in life, and offering compassion for their challenges. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents who are navigating a wide range of mental health concerns, as well as the everyday highs and lows that come with being human. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in empathy. I strive to meet my clients exactly where they are, walk beside them as they move through and make sense of their lives, and offer thoughtful insight that supports meaningful growth.
I hold an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an SUD focus. Before becoming a therapist, I spent eighteen years as a professional newborn nanny, working closely with families all around the United States. These experiences strengthened my ability to understand the needs of individuals and deepened my appreciation for each person’s unique story.
Through the lens of Attachment Theory and Person Centered Therapy, I support clients with co-occurring disorders, SUD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, women’s health and fertility, life transitions, and relationship matters. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space that feels safe and genuine, where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to heal.
