My counseling style is to empathically meet my clients where they are throughout the therapeutic process, work alongside them while they navigate life, and offer insight for moving forward successfully.
I've worked with a varied population of clients all over the world (Italy, Minneapolis, Boston, Philadelphia, San Diego, New York City, Seattle, and now, Cannon Beach, Oregon). I have experience working with relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, transitional disorders, fertility challenges, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
Through the lens of Attachment Theory and Person-Centered Therapy, I believe one's life experiences have affected their ability to form and maintain meaningful relationships.
