I have my Masters in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling, I am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Through REBT and Solution Focused Therapy, I am here to empower my clients to make achievable short and long term goals. I have also worked with clients on life skills and career counseling.
I'm passionate about the very fragile Perinatal/Postpartum Stages in life. I aspire to be a safe space for mother's and other caregivers as they navigate the first year of life after a new child and help them to accept their new "normal".
