Being human is hard! Luckily, we don’t have to navigate it alone. I specialize in helping teens and adults healing from complex trauma who struggle to create and maintain the intimate friendships and relationships that they desire. I also support people navigating spiritual and existential curiosities and crises. Together we move from experiences of overwhelm or meaninglessness, towards a sense of groundedness and purpose. Through my own personal experiences navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and spiritual/existential exploration, I am able to authentically connect to my clients.
My approach to therapy involves practicing radical presence with your own experience and emotions. Oftentimes, we try to avoid situations, feelings, and thoughts that create discomfort. By bravely facing the parts of ourselves and our lives that scare us in a therapeutic setting, we are able to access the space needed for the positive changes we desire.
