Being a human can be extremely overwhelming. In today’s world there is a lot being thrown at us all day. In such a fast-paced environment it can be difficult to really slow down and understand ourselves for who we truly are and what brings us joy. I’m a big believer in tiny moments that can shape us, whether that shaping is good or bad. From a very young age I always knew counseling is what I wanted to do with my life and I find it a true privilege to walk alongside others during their most tender and vulnerable times. My philosophy is to leave people and things better than how I found them.
Through my clinical experience, I have found creating a safe space to be the most important thing. My past clientele have ranged in age from teens to adults with an emphasis on exploring authenticity, working through addictive behaviors, and navigating the peaks and valleys that life brings us.
