The Costello Center's team of independent contractors are experienced professionals who work together to provide a wide variety of counseling, life coaching, medicine management, assessment, and academic excellence services. As a provider at The Costello Center, I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship issues, life transitions, family conflict, social skill development, and loss/grief.
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern and I am supervised by Dr. Karmen Smith, PhD, LMHC-S, CRC. I received my Master's Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling with a certification in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of South Florida. I completed my internships in hospital and private practice settings.
I value the importance of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe, accepting space for all clients where we can work together to achieve your goals. I enjoy spending my free time with my pets, volunteering at local animal rescues, and crafting.
