I work with LGBTQ+ adults and teenagers navigating identity, relationships, and self-worth, often alongside anxiety, depression, substance use, or body image concerns. I aim to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood, where your story matters and your goals guide our work. My approach is grounded in social justice, honoring that healing looks different for everyone and that recovery can take many forms, all centered on what feels sustainable for you.

I work from a parts-work lens, grounded in the belief that every part of you has wisdom and purpose. My practice is rooted in Health at Every Size, harm reduction, and body sovereignty. This means we’ll center curiosity, compassion, and your autonomy as we unlearn shame, reconnect with your body, and build the kind of healing that feels genuinely yours.

I view my work as part of a larger movement toward equity and social change. By weaving together evidence-based practices, I can support my clients in their individual journeys while contributing to collective healing and resilience-building. We will explore not just individual growth but also how to connect personal experiences to broader community support.
