I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and owner of Quiet Strength Counseling PLLC. My passion is working with children, teens, and adults to help gain an understanding and a sense of self compassion related to the impact trauma has played on their lives. As a client you will explore how the past, present, and future are sometimes connected by the things that happen to us. In counseling this insight could lead to recognizing better ways to cope and creating better relationships with others. Along with ensuring client care, I also serve as an LPC Supervisor, training and supporting new counselors joining the profession.
I have over 10 years of experience working with children and adults that have experienced various traumas. For kiddos, I utilize play therapy and attachment based parenting strategies to help strengthen families. I am EMDR Certified as well and help clients of all ages process their experiences and work through struggles in a safe space.
