I offer individual, family, and group counseling services. My approach to therapy is integrative, as I believe therapy should be tailored to the specific client. The modalities or techniques introduced are based on the client's needs and goals. Modalities used are CBT, DBT, EMDR, humanistic, and solution-focused.
Therapy can be scary, I get it. I am here for you. I will work hard to help you meet your goals while giving you tools to use for a lifetime.
