Hi there, I am so happy you are here! Embarking on a healing journey as a survivor of complex trauma can feel overwhelming and unattainable. As your thoughts tend to drive your behavior, you may find yourself feeling stuck, overthinking, and defeated by your past experiences. My goal is to work with you to narrate your story and determine the roots of your anxiety, dysregulation, and low self-esteem. Through this, I will guide you in developing effective coping skills to rewire the negative thought and behavior patterns, to promote your resiliency and the regulation of your nervous system.
I specialize in trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where we will identify your negative thought patterns, and then challenge those patterns to promote positive behavioral and mood changes. I take a strength-based, person-centered approach to therapeutic services, and strive to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for effective rapport building.
