Greetings! I am so glad you are here and exploring participating in therapy services. My name is Brianna, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois and Florida. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College and have been in the therapy field for the last 9 years. I approach therapy from a place of sincerity and compassion, believing all clients have unique gifts and strengths.
I work with Children, Adolescents, Adults as well as families and specialize in treating Anxiety and Depression, Trauma, Mood/ Behavior, and Family Systems work. I most commonly use Narrative Therapy, ACT and Trauma Informed- CBT approaches. I spend ample time getting to know the values of my clients and tailor sessions to what matters most to you.
I understand the many complexities life can bring, and take an individualized approach with each client or family so that you feel seen and heard.
