I am especially passionate about working with teens, young adults, and women who are exploring how attachment wounds and past experiences influence their current relationships, emotional well-being, and sense of self.
Many of my clients have spent years taking care of others, achieving, or pushing through difficult circumstances. Together, we work to better understand the patterns that keep them feeling stuck, strengthen self-compassion, and create meaningful change that aligns with the life and relationships they want to build.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Along with traditional talk therapy, I incorporate EMDR, expressive arts, and sand tray therapy to help clients access experiences that can be difficult to put into words.
