Over the last 7 years, I have worked in a multitude of clinical settings assisting a wide variety of clients. Clients presented with many need areas including family counseling, couples work, elder and caregiver concerns, and various areas of trauma. I find it personally rewarding to help others resolve internal struggles and promote harmony in their lives.
I have been trained in Collaborative Problem Solving, and Emotional Focused Family therapy. I am currently undertaking Gottman's Couples Therapy training Level 1 and Level 2. I am also looking at getting certified in EMDR later this fall.
