Hi there, I’m glad you’re here! I’m Dr. Brianna Lambert, a Post-doctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology. I work with everyday people facing real-life struggles - the kind that don’t make headlines but still weigh heavy, like relationship stress, identity shifts, anxiety, and all the messy in-between. You might be holding it all together on the outside but feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected underneath. Maybe you're adjusting to parenthood, unpacking cultural or family patterns, or just tired of pretending you’re fine. You want space to breathe, to feel seen, and to figure things out without judgment.
I offer warm, collaborative therapy grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, attachment theory, and culturally responsive care. I specialize in perinatal mental health, identity, mood disorders, parenting stress, and working with BIPOC clients. I also provide comprehensive psychological assessments to clarify diagnoses and inform next steps for care.
