You are concerned about your child’s behaviors, emotions, or struggles. I am here to support your child form coping skills, autonomy, self- esteem, and self-regulation. This is hard for kids when they have adopted unhealthy coping skills, struggle with a diagnosis, or have just not yet figured out how to appropriately get their needs met. While they may need extra support now, I know your child is already amazing and worthy, just the way they are. My role is not to “fix” your child because they are not broken. My role is to walk side by side with them as they discover their strengths and grow toward their full potential.

I exclusively specialize in therapy for children 3-14 years old (play therapy). Parents often bring in their children dealing with anxiety, ADHD, aggression, negative self-talk, learning disorders, trouble with emotional regulation, or behavioral concerns. When it comes to kids, play therapy is universally the best, most developmentally appropriate option.
