I'm also a certifie Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, bringing a deeper, more experiential element to the healing process. Working with horses can accelerate growth, offer powerful insights, and help you connect more fully to yourself and others.
My areas of experience include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relational conflict and performance coaching for equestrian athletes.
