I specialize in the use of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy to address symptoms of trauma. Most clients see noticeable relief of symptoms within the first few sessions of EMDR processing. Therapy is not a "one size fits all" process, and I will take the time to tailor my approach to what will best set you up for success.
