Life is hard. All of us deserve someone in our corner helping us navigate it. That is my hope to be for you. I offer trauma-informed therapy to a wide range of populations and ages. My focus is working with those with childhood trauma, chronic suicidal ideation, relationship dysfunction, and chronic illnesses. I've been honored to have clinical experience working with combat veterans and their spouses, first responders, teen survivors of sex trafficking, and victims of childhood abuse. In addition to providing virtual therapy, I work in the Mental Health department at a county jail.
Having lived experience with attending my own therapy, it is my highest priority that you feel safe, comfortable and heard each session. I work from a relational, person-centered and psychodynamic framework, utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and parts work.
Changing people's view of therapy is my goal. I hope to hear from you. If you feel we aren't the right fit, I'd love to help you find someone that would be. You matter, and I'm glad you're here.
