Life is hard. We all deserve someone in our corner to help us navigate it. That is my hope for you. I offer trauma-informed therapy to those seeking to heal or better understand themselves. My focus is working with those with complex childhood trauma, chronic suicidal ideation, relationship dysfunction, severe dissociation, and chronic illness. I've been honored to have clinical experience with unique populations: incarcerated individuals, combat veterans, first responders, teen survivors of sex trafficking, and people with mental illness. I am skilled in crisis intervention, emotional de-escalation and navigating challenging cases.

Having lived experience with attending my own therapy, it is my highest priority that you feel safe, comfortable and heard each session. I love working with people of all ages and backgrounds. I work from a relational, person-centered, and psychodynamic framework, utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and parts work.
