My therapy style is holistic and I utilize a strengths-based approach, mindfulness, somatic therapy (breath work, grounding exercises, meditation, etc.) and cognitive behavioral therapy. I utilize approaches that best help me to look at my clients as a whole by incorporating the mind and body into therapeutic healing.
