Is your teenager struggling in school, at home, or both? It can be overwhelming for teens to navigate this time in their lives, and as their parent, it can be frustrating and stressful when it feels like they don't want to talk. I am passionate about working with teens and their parents to build self-esteem, challenge negative behaviors, and foster healthy communication between parents and teens. I also enjoy working with adults with ADHD or helping teens and adults navigate traumatic experiences.

I prioritize adapting my approach to fit my clients' personalities and needs. I gravitate toward providing emotional insights and questioning, while also recognizing strengths and growth. I view you as the expert in your life, and I provide insights and observations to help you discover how much you are capable of.
