My specialty is Trauma-informed care where I assist in helping to manage anger, self-injurious behaviors, anxiety and depression associated with negative experiences that life throws your way. I will work with you to recognize your trauma symptoms and help you to strategize and obtain the tools necessary to improve those symptoms.
I am an advocate for clients with limited resources and tools to be successful in life and will help to identify treatment goals and work with you to overcome barriers to achieving those goals.
