I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families. I have extensive training in psychological assessment of neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as general mental health challenges. In individual therapy, I believe in a neurodiversity affirming approach that utilizes individual strengths to support areas of challenge. I incorporate strategies from cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, emotional-focused, and interpersonal therapies to help client’s reach their best potential. In family therapy, I utilize Emotionally Focused Family Therapy to help families better understand each others’ attachment needs.
