My main goal as a therapist is to provide an emotionally safe and therapeutic atmosphere for my clients. I’ve worked with individuals across the life span and have found that my work has been most impactful with people aged preteen through young adulthood. This time is full of so much change - internally and externally. Initiating therapy can be hard. With a mixture of empathy, support, and reflection, solutions will be developed together, helping to give you a life that is more fulfilled.
I also specialize in working with individuals in the LGBTQ community, specifically the trans population. I assist individuals before, during, and after transitioning and connect them with community resources.
I am only available virtually and I do not accept any health insurance. However, you may be reimbursed from your insurance company for out-of-network services, but you would have to check with them. Email is the best form of communication at this time.
