My work is rooted in the belief that distress is a signal and that all emotions have purpose. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) I help clients sort out internal messages so they can have the space to choose and learn who they truly are.
A little bit about me – I’m one part goofball, one part intellectual, and a whole lot of nurturing. I believe wholeheartedly that softness and emotional expression do not equate to weakness, and that trauma can be painful but can also be the path to empowerment and fierce resilience.
