Welcome! I’m Bri, a therapist located in Mooresville offering both in-person and virtual sessions for people ages 13 and older. I work with both teens and adults to overcome trauma, navigate family dynamics, identity exploration, and working through anxiety. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where you can show up authentically without needing to hide parts of yourself. Together, we’ll explore your life experiences, uncover your strengths, and build the tools to support growth and overall well-being. There’s no "right" way to start therapy, just the courage to take that first step.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like genuine human connection, not a performance. My approach blends both warmth and evidence-based practices to help you find clarity and balance. You deserve collaborative support that meets you where you're at.
