I have worked previously as a Social Worker and Mental Health Case Manager. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Luther College and received my masters degree at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I am currently pre-licensed and working under supervision.
I work with adults, adolescents, and couples on concerns including relational issues, body image, depression, anxiety, grief, life changes, infertility, trauma, and stress management.
