I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with 3 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges. I have worked with children ages 5 and up, teens, adults, and seniors, addressing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I am passionate about creating a safe and empathetic space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered to heal at their own pace.
I earned my Master’s in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I draw on art and play therapy to engage younger clients and use a client-centered approach grounded in empathy and personal insight to support individuals of all ages on their healing journey.
