I feel privileged to enter in to a therapeutic relationship with my clients where trust is established, feelings are honored, and pain is explored and healed. I believe wholly in the therapeutic value of feeling heard and understood. My aim with clients is to foster a positive and supportive relationship that provides the skills necessary to create happy and healthy relationships in their lives.
I believe that therapy is most effective when it is client-directed and shaped to meet the needs of each individual. When applicable, I incorporate meditation and mindfulness techniques. I believe that kindness is a healing force, and I bring an open mind and heart to each session.
While I work with a wide range of clients, I have extensive experience working with adolescents and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My practice includes both couples and individuals.
