Hello! I am currently accepting individuals, couples, and families, and also offer EMDR. My clients are often navigating relationship issues, anxiety, struggling with self-esteem, and working through life stressors personally and professionally. They may be students, athletes, parents, professionals, etc who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed- longing for better communication, stronger boundaries, and a deeper sense of self-worth. They’re seeking a therapist who is warm, affirming, and culturally responsive- someone who can help them break patterns, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
I offer a warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally affirming space. In session we may discuss attachment theory, family systems, and social systems as we discuss what brings you in. Through EMDR, talk therapy, and somatic work, I believe we can improve relational patterns, build self-trust, and create a deeper, more connected life.
I offer services in person in Long Beach, as well as via Telehealth for clients throughout California. Whether this is your first time trying therapy, or your 10th, I am confident we can create a space that feels safe and affirming for you through collaboration and open communication.
