I support children and teens who need a space to process difficult emotions, navigate social situations, and build a stronger sense of self as well as identity. Using a trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approach, I offer play therapy as a safe, developmentally appropriate space to express feelings, practice social navigation, and build regulation. I collaborate with caregivers through parent coaching, working alongside you to rebuild connection, set compassionate limits, learn healthy parenting strategies that support your child's emotional security, and increase attunement so families feel safer and more resilient.

With more than 5 years of serving underrepresented populations including individuals from a low socioeconomic background, BIPOC individuals, individuals part of the LGBTBQ+ community, and neurodiverse folks, I am here to meet YOU where you are and join you alongside your therapeutic journey. You are the expert of your life and I simply help you navigate.
