My name is Briana Bassett, I am a Solution Focused therapist that also works with CBT and Mind-Body Bridging. I am excited to work with teens and young adults, as well as those with trauma and those who need stability and support with their mental illness and life. As a therapist, I continually prioritize clients’ well-being and support them to become their best selves.
I work with evidence-based practices to support the clients I work with. I believe that clients are the experts in their own life and are able to determine what is best for themselves. As a therapist, I hope to lead and guide clients to become confident and self-motivated through evidence-based practices.
