Hi there, I'm Brian! I've been told I'm an anti-therapist. Done in good humor I suppose, this moniker was given to me as a gesture of appreciation. It's my unyielding commitment to find interesting, and novel ways to support my clients. I am trained in the tradition of Narrative Therapy. This practice focuses on the way we make sense of our lives and lived experiences. Simply put, the stories we tell ourselves about our lives and living are powerfully shaping our experience and are determinant of the view we take of ourselves, our relationships, and our future.
