About
My passion is serving others through a relational style of therapy that is meant to help people repair emotional wounds, restore relationships, and develop a greater sense of wholeness within their lives. I seek to create a warm, supportive, and genuine climate where clients feel comfortable and safe working on problems and making progress towards life goals.
I ground my therapeutic orientation to counseling in both the Cognitive Behavioral and Person Centered therapeutic approaches, but also utilize many other styles depending on the needs of the client. I provide counseling for couples, youth, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression or major life transitions.
I would consider it an honor to be able to come alongside you in whatever season of life you find yourself in right now. Please feel free to reach out if you feel that I might be able to support you or your family going forward.
