I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years and have experience with neurodivergence and trauma. I draw from a variety of approaches, including: expressive arts, narrative, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and strengths-based modalities. I offer tele-health sessions in a secure video format for convenience and sustainability.
