About
OPEN TO ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS. PLEASE CONTACT FOR AVAILABILITY. Transitions, relationship issues, anxiety, traumatic events, grief, loss… these are all experiences that can hold us back from truly living our lives by causing us to feel worried, confused, or hopeless. To support you in exploring what is happening, my starting point is to connect with you to build a relationship of trust, empathy, and respect. I offer curiosity and compassion while holding a safe space and time for you and with you. I have a calm presence and encourage you to engage in the process of making choices that open doors to the life you want.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 25 years and have experience with autism and trauma. I draw from a variety of approaches, including: expressive arts, narrative, cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, and strengths-based modalities. I offer tele-health sessions in a secure video format for convenience and sustainability.
I value a collaborative and relational approach to encourage exploration and discovery of strengths and goals. I invite you into an equal partnership in the spirit of empowerment so we can work together to find a way forward that best serves you. I offer my support as we identify obstacles, recognize strengths, and generate movement toward your goals.
