I offer integrative psychotherapy in Shelburne, Vermont, and via teletherapy. I believe that psychotherapy can support an individual in living a purpose-driven life that includes dynamic relationships and genuine self-expression. My work revolves around helping individuals to access their inner, emotional world. Through this process, one can broaden the sense of oneself and live a more full and dynamic life.
I specialize in working with those exploring anxiety, depression, relationship problems, life transitions, emerging adulthood, existential questions, identity development, and the effects of trauma. I utilize an integrative psychotherapy framework. I draw upon humanistic, psychodynamic, somatic, transpersonal, and culturally-oriented theoretical models.
I approach this work with a focused seriousness but also humility, wonder, and lightness. I cultivate a commitment with each client to understand the depths of their psychological makeup and facilitate increased harmony in living. Please reach out if you would like to co-develop a therapeutic relationship.
