Life can throw us all kinds of challenges — anxiety, depression, grief, relationship struggles, major life changes — sometimes it’s hard to know where to start. I support individuals & couples through challenges like anxiety, depression, grief, relationship strife, emotional regulation struggles, major life transitions & those facing reproductive challenges or processing loss. Discussing depressive or anxious symptoms, I lead with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, borrowing elements of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Internal Family Systems. If Couple's Therapy I lead with Gottman's years of tools & research in working with couples. Reproductive & Grief Therapy are similar, discussing the tools to manage complicated emotions.
