I am EMDR trained and specialize in healing complex trauma. My approach is aimed at gaining awareness, insight, and clarity that you can use to take action to not only recover and heal, but become the best version of yourself through post-traumatic growth. I specialize in Narcissistic Abuse Recovery using a framework from the PLR institute to understand how to heal and grow from emotional abuse. I am trained in EMDR, DBT (Shift focus from external events to the internal triggers for emotional dysregulation/enhanced emotional intelligence and coping), ketamine assisted therapy, and supervision for LPCCs
