I am passionate about offering the best therapy experience possible by meeting clients where they are and drawing from a variety of approaches depending on the unique needs of each individual. I work with clients facing a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, spirituality concerns, gender issues, LGBTQIA concerns, chronic pain, relationship challenges, post-traumatic stress (PTSD), sexual abuse (adult), grief and mourning, professional burnout, attachment disorders, addiction and anger management.
I am certified in EMDR and Trauma-Sensitive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), both of which I frequently use to help clients process and heal from trauma. I draw from other theoretical approaches, including Humanistic, Existential, Psychodynamic, Person-Centered, Jungian and Body-Centered Therapies.
I invite you to reach out if you think we might be a good fit. It would be an honor to support you on your journey.

Wednesday Afternoon Interpersonal Process Group

Interpersonal process groups are intended to help individuals whose issues center on relationship difficulties. Whether you have difficulty empathizing with others, demonstrating empathy, asking for support, getting support, trusting others, being trusted or depended on, trusting yourself, or resolving conflicts successfully, this group will help you gain awareness through here-and-now interactions with peers. With the support of your group, you can naturally become more self-aware, develop better communication strategies, improve relationship skills and gain healthier coping mechanisms.
