I use Adventure Therapy to engage the whole person, because it's empowering, it's fun, and it works.
Adventure Therapy is just like it sounds, a combination of experiential activities with traditional mental health counseling, like playing a skills activity in the office, having a session in the park or in nature, or hiking trails while we work on our goals, or maybe some other adventure. Your therapy experience is developed with and for you.
My focus is on reconnection - to you and your self, to what and who you love, and to nature and the world around you - by creating a space to learn and grow that fits your specific needs and goals.
